Pacific Princess

Pacific Princess was built at the French Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard at a cost of £150 million British pounds, she came into service for Renaissance cruises in 1999 as R Three, however the company ceased trading in 2001 and the entire Renaissance fleet was seized by creditors.
In 2002 the ship was acquired by princess cruises on lease along with her sister ship R Four (now Ocean Princess) at the end of the lease princess purchased both vessels, R Three was re-named Pacific Princess in a ceremony that took place in Australia with Gabi Hollows, founding director of Fred Hollows Foundation acting as godmother.
On board the ship there are 9 different passenger accommodations to choose from starting at the basic interior cabin which comes equipped with Satellite TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, safe, closet, phone and desk and Private bathroom with shower, up to Premium accommodations like the 932-square-foot suite with balcony which come equipped with an array of additional amenities.
The ship offers several formal dining rooms in the cruise tradition, with Traditional Dining at the same times for each meal other dining options include local specialties and gourmet favourites from the ships speciality restaurants, or casual dining where you can Get a quick and satisfying bite such as burgers hot dogs and pizza whenever you like from the various Casual Dining eateries.
she is equipped with all the usual cruise ship facilities such as a casino, pools and whirlpools, the caberet lounge sets the stage with captivating productions and some of the most talented musicians, singers and dancers at sea, first-run feature-length films are regularly shown but as Pacific Princess is one of the smaller ships in the fleet she is not equipped with a outdoor movie screen.
